I knew from within moments of meeting with Meg + Josh that we would be a great fit working together, have a ton of fun, and that it would be a wedding like no other this year. And I was right on all accounts! After their darling engagement session that topped the charts at the ruins up the hill from the Barn at Gibbet Hill, I could hardly wait to see their big day come together. It seemed like nearly every month I would get another email with Meg’s latest updates and surprises from Etsy, or she would describe another DIY idea for her dream wedding. And everyones’ hard work paid off big time. Every inch of the space looked incredible, including their handmade birch bark alter covered in amazing florals + hanging vases, candles + twinkly lights throughout the room, mini pumpkins, lace + burlap details, and homemade goodies like old fashioned caramel corn (thanks to Meg + her mom), and Table Talk pies in honor of her grandfather who worked for Table Talk pies for decades. Also, they had maybe the cutest set of 3 cakes I have ever seen. They were beautiful creations – wait til you see them! If excitement can be on a scale from 1-10 (10 being mind-blowingly excited) I think I was at a 15.

The flowers… I can hardly talk about the flowers…every detail, really – I felt like I was in a styled shoot. I had to keep pinching myself.
Though it was a chilly day, everyone was willing to be a trooper withstanding goosebumps and numbing toes in order to get some great images outside with the absolutely outrageous clouds and blue skies. What a day!
